The six ways we do work
Working Genius® is an assessment tool developed by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group which shows how we each contribute to work most effectively. This tool helps individuals, teams and leaders better to leverage one another’s talents and understand how to be both productive and fulfilled at work. The Assessment is online and takes only 10-15 minutes to complete. The individual assessment is available through Ascent Coaching for 65 ₾.
